Did you know that mammoth/elephant tusks are specialized teeth? they are actually just massive upper incisors, and in the "good ol' times" the tusks from elephants were "harvested" to be used to make piano tiles("Ivory"), so yeah, if you ever come across a reallyyy old one, it is a teeth piano ...yuck.
